Patricia Grace is the founder of Advanced HealthCare Medical Services. She started her career by serving children and families in the Tampa Bay Area through non-profit program development and oversight, as well as serving in the areas of aging services administration. She obtained her first master's degree in Human Services Administration with a concentration in organizational management and leadership from Springfield College School of Human Services. Shortly after, she pursued a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Healthcare Administration from Saint Leo University.

     In 2014, she served as a managing partner at Ability Home Health Services. By 2021, she established Advanced Health Care Medical Services in Tampa, FL; focusing on long-term care education and helping prospective ALF business owners to open their own high-value, patient-centered assisted living facility.

Her career includes roles in operations management, research, training, program development, grant writing and fundraising development support. 

     Currently, she focuses on consulting services for anyone interested in entering the long-term care industry; teaching; conducts research on quality of care and quality of life in long-term care.

     On a personal note, she is also working with Jewel Parago, CEO at Evershine Press, Inc; on a book titled: Courage Rising, Love is the Cure.
